1. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold:
Prescription medicines
Opened or unsealed over-the-counter medicines, supplements, or personal care products
Perishable healthcare items
Diagnostic and lab testing services
Home care or nursing services once delivered
Digital consultations or reports once completed
2. Returnable Items
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received the wrong product
The product is damaged or defective on arrival
The product has expired before delivery
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide proof of purchase and images of the product
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Payment was charged but the order could not be fulfilled

Service bookings: Cancellable as per the specific service provider’s policy shown at booking
In case of prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be processed as per Section 3 above
