At Yore.care, we aim to provide the highest quality healthcare products and services. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our platform.


1. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold:

  • Prescription medicines

  • Opened or unsealed over-the-counter medicines, supplements, or personal care products

  • Perishable healthcare items

  • Diagnostic and lab testing services

  • Home care or nursing services once delivered

  • Digital consultations or reports once completed


2. Returnable Items

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

  • The product has expired before delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase and images of the product


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Payment was charged but the order could not be fulfilled

  • A returned product is verified to be defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • A service booking was cancelled within the applicable cancellation window

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable unless required by law


4. Cancellations

  • Product orders: Cancellable only before the order is packed/shipped

  • Service bookings: Cancellable as per the specific service provider’s policy shown at booking

  • In case of prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be processed as per Section 3 above

6. Exceptions
